Tim was admitted to the bar in 1992 having successfully obtained an LLB(Hons) degree at Auckland University. He has practiced law in NZ ever since, apart from a two year stint in the United Kingdom. Tim has appeared and conducted litigation in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. His peers would describe him as hard working, thorough, and highly competent in his chosen areas of law. He carries out his work with the right balance of seriousness and affability, and prides himself on advancing clients matters expediently.
Tim is monthly columnist to the Building Today magazine, and over the last 18 months has been commissioned to assist the Building Better Homes Towns Cities National Science Challenge as regards Affordable Homes. He is a regular speaker at construction themed conferences.
