Paddy started his career as a commercial lawyer specialising in media and technology law at top firms in London before moving to NZ in 2009. He set up and took charge of Quickflix in early 2012 to oversee the development and launch of its Hollywood-approved multi-platform SVOD service, which was the first in New Zealand. Paddy has since helped set up new online movie rental service Stuff Pix (a joint venture with Stuff) and acts as its General Manager, as well as heading up Stuff's commercial video strategy. In addition to post-graduate law qualifications, Paddy has an undergraduate degree in Modern Languages from University College London. Paddy is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Show Me Shorts Film Festival.
