Fleur is an infrastructure lawyer with experience in a variety of infrastructure, logistics and major projects contracts in New Zealand and worldwide, advising both contractors and governments. Former General Counsel to the United Nations’ main logistical-support services contractor. Former consultant to the world’s largest facilities management company advising on UN facilities management contracts, and former advisor to a key entrepreneur in the e-container and ‘Smart Cities’ industry. Since returning to New Zealand in 2014 Fleur was Senior Counsel to one of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure companies and is now counsel at Auckland Council advising on projects such as City Rail Link, the America’s Cup and the Downtown Waterfront Development Programme.
