Vaughan begin his Career in Christchurch February 2013 after enduring unfortunate circumstances in his personal life. He set about giving back to the wider Community as a Temp staff for a nationally reputable Homecare company. Shortly after was offered his own portfolio of Clients to manage and in turn became a Senior within the branch. After moving to Auckland, he joined Geneva Healthcare as Care Consultant to manage 200+ vulnerable clients. Just 18 months later, Geneva offered him the opportunity to open and lead the companies new Customer Love Team. After 1 year the team operated as a National Service team and Contact centre from HO in Auckland to service 3,000 community based staff and over 7,500 clients who may touch base with us at any time. Vaughan has trained under Service, Marketing and Sales, along with Business Management, Leadership and Operations. His most recent accomplishment was receiving the ‘Geneva International – Passion Pillar Award Recipient 2018’. Today Vaughan leads a team of 12 Consultants who have set out to provide a world class service and improve community healthcare throughout New Zealand.
