Tim Aynsley

Director – Digital & Core


Tim is a senior business and technology leader and has spent the last 6.5 years at IAG in various leadership roles, working through mergers and acquisitions, sourcing and infrastructure transformations, business operating model changes and more recently the digital leadership responsibilities as IAG embarks on a CX transformation journey. Tim currently leads the Digital and Core platform capabilities with the goal of creating modern end to end customer experiences by simplifying and digitising customer journeys across IAG’s brands and services. Prior to IAG, Tim spent several year leading and managing outsourcing service contracts at Gen-i (Spark).
