Zoë is an Assistant Lecturer and Doctoral Researcher in Massey University’s School of Management, working within the Healthy Work Group. After holding a number of roles in human resources, a passion for research drove her to return to academia. With a background in researching workplace violence, she now adopts a wider systems approach in her work by examining the broader psychosocial work environment. Her PhD is focussed on examining the topic of psychosocial workplace risk in relation to the changing world of work; particularly non-standard forms of employment.
