Lee is passionate about helping business leaders to deliver results for their clients and customers, not through traditional product or service offerings, but by creating an environment that fosters high-performing people. Recognised for his ability to develop relationships at all levels through a relaxed and easy-going style, he has enjoyed a broad HR career so far, which includes responsibility for HR functions that include payroll, recruitment, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, employment relations, people strategy development and executive remuneration. He thought he survived on very little sleep while studying his BA/BCom and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of Auckland, but since then a young family has helped him realise how easy he had it back then. Lee will share his thoughts on what it takes to be effective as an HR Leader in today (and tomorrow's) environment.
