Caro has 20 years global marketing experience, working on major brands for Lion Nathan (NZ), Best Foods (UK), Seagram (NZ), Allied Liquor (NZ); before moving to the Agency side, working on Kellogg’s brands at JWT (Aus), and then Unilever Foods, Lever Rexona, and Streets for Ogilvy (Aus). Caro has specialised in digital marketing since 2005, building several digital businesses from the ground up (idea – launch – profit – sale). She has worked with Clients in the US, UK, Australia, and NZ. Her considerable achievements reflect strengths in ROI-focused CRO, and Marketing Automation strategy for clients across multiple markets. In her spare time, Caro is a wine enthusiast, balanced with her strong commitment to health & wellbeing. She supports her love for animals through volunteer Shelter work, and volunteers as an Aged Care worker.
