Anne-Marie MacIntyre



Anne-Marie has 20+ years experience as an Organisational Psychologist. Over this time she has designed, managed, coached and facilitated a number of original leadership/ talent assessment projects within a variety of organisations including: Telecom, Vector, Department of Corrections, New Zealand Defence Force, NZTA, NZTS, NZQA, Ravensdown, NZ and AU Sugar, Ports of Auckland, Pernod Ricard, BNZ, Southern Cross, BP Oil, Livestock Improvement, Telstra Clear, James Hardie Building Products, Kiwibank, Nokia, Arrow, Thomas Cook, ANZ, Tyco, Siemens NZ, Energex, Northpower, Genesis, Mobil, Fletcher Challenge Forests, Ministry of Health, NIWA, Chorus, DIA, Christchurch City Council and Auckland City Council. Anne-Marie has also worked with organisations’ to create values based cultures that enhance the organisation’s employment brand and increase employee engagement. Recently she has developed resilience workshops for leaders/ supervisors in safety critical roles across a number of industries based on her extensive research both in New Zealand and overseas
