As Marketing Manager for ITM, Chris has been involved with the re-shaping of customer engagement. With ITM's target market being highly mobile and engaged on construction and building sites, ITM has gone through a two year journey to create it's own digital channels, using VR as a low-cost - high effect medium. With a history of wok in the B2B space Chris has taken this experience and recently established with two others - Emperial - an agency focused on B2B.
