Faye Langdon


21C Skills Lab

Faye is the Co-Founder and Director of the 21C Skills Lab. She is also the Director of Langdon Consulting and the founder and, until recently, the managing director at NZ Global Women Trust. She has had a varied career spanning significant business development, business partnerships and business startup expertise. Faye has worked through and resolved challenging complex projects and issues at multiple levels in the business, community and education sectors. Prior to establishing her own business she was Director of Business Development at AUT University where she established the inaugural secondary school community partnership scholarship fund of $1 million and worked on the $25 million public private partnership of Millennium Institute being integrated into the AUT Campus. Faye was a trustee with The Centre for Social Innovation establishing a pilot Social Entrepreneurs School in Auckland, and is now a trustee of TupuToa and the Middlemore Foundation for Health Innovation.

Justine Munro


21C Skills Lab

Justine is the Co-Founder and Director of the 21C Skills Lab, and is a member of the NZQA board. She was previously the Director of the Champions for Change, a group of 50 NZ CEOs and Chairs committed to advancing diversity and inclusion, and Executive Director of Education at Social Ventures Australia. Justine has led or helped establish a number of organisations including the Springboard Trust, Starpath, NZ Centre for Social Innovation, Global Women, DiverseNZ, the Champions for Change, TupuToa, and the Well Foundation. She has sat on or chaired a number of boards including Z Energy, Simplicity Charitable Trust, TupuToa, Teach First NZ, the Akina Foundation and the Well Foundation. She is a former McKinsey & Company consultant, lawyer specialising in indigenous issues and Rhodes Scholar.

Ministry of Education

I am a Lead Advisor in the Early Learning & Student Achievement group at the Ministry of Education. A former secondary teacher, I have been working at the Ministry since 2014. I have worked across a wide range of Ministry programmes supporting teaching and learning against The New Zealand Curriculum, including recent work to strengthen digital technologies in the technology learning area.
