Tim is a Senior Solicitor in our Auckland office. He has a LLM(Hons) from Auckland University and a LLB/BA from Otago University. He was admitted to practice in 2007 and is also admitted in NSW and the High Court of Australia. Tim has worked in specialist insurance litigation practices in Auckland, Sydney and Christchurch since 2009. Acting for both insurers and insureds Tim has been involved in claims around the construction industry, general material damage claims, earthquake claims and employment law.
