Frustration with traditional delivery models led Erika to research alternative approaches and resulted in an A+ thesis on ‘How leaders enable the successful delivery of Agile projects’. She is an energetic advocate of all things Agile, and helps a range of companies in the public and private sector adopt better ways of working.
