Darcy is a process and continuous improvement practitioner experienced across Lean Six Sigma, Systems Thinking and the State Services Commission’s better every day methodology for the public sector. Darcy has a proven record of building continuous improvement and customer focused capability in organisations to produce significantly better outcomes for customers. Complementing his continuous improvement specialisation, he has a broad business background which includes roles as a Capability Manager, Change Manager and Project Manager. Highlights of Darcy’s most recent engagements include working with Callaghan Innovation, New Zealand Post, Aviation Security Services, Victoria University of Wellington, Ministry of Social Development, New Zealand Customs Service.

Danny Bedingfield is a Trained teacher who has been in Adult Education for over 12 years. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer who specialises in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and more recently in the Office 365 environment. He trains collaboration utilising 365 tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. Danny is often consulted on better and more efficient ways of organising and analysing data. Working through the benefits of using Power Query and Power Pivot are key ways of ensuring clients are able to be more accurate and effective with their analysis. Danny also enjoys the visual elements that Power BI can add and enjoys creating 3D Maps.
