Caroline is a fine example of someone pushing the whole job to the limit in a fast paced and change orientated environment. She is completely committed to her role and has fostered an understanding of culture, embracing the company values after having a hand in redeveloping them when she was selected to be a Culture Champion for The Warehouse Group. Recognising the importance of self-development, Caroline is constantly looking to learn and grow within and beyond her role and looking for ways to support others in their roles. She has embraced the use of social media and is a passionate contributor. Whilst making her executives her highest priority, she has the balance right between professional and personable, maintaining a sense of fun whilst being efficient and effective. Caroline is utterly committed and has a superb understanding of her value in the organisation. In Caroline’s own words, “I'm very proud to work for The Warehouse Group and to be an Executive Assistant, I enjoy being an advocate for the profession and being the synergy between Executive and Team”.

The Redvespa Consultants Administration Team, consisting of Administration Manager and Continuous Improvement Champion, Executive Assistant to the CEO and Business for Good Champion, Finance and HR Leads and Talent Acquisition & Sales Support has come together with a strong identity as the Admin-Finance Squad (with additional members).
