This workshop teaches you how to communicate effectively when your organisation is subject to intense media interest. While you cannot prepare for all eventualities, a strong crisis response strategy will guide you during crises occurrences. The first half of the workshop focuses on building an effective crisis communication strategy while the second half is dedicated to participatory media training.
