Jessica Moloney is a seasoned PR, Marketing and Communications expert, TVNZ’s “Social Guru” and Founder of Moloney Moloney, a Word-of-Mouth business partner and agency. Jessica firmly believes that Social Media is the catalyst of a global behavioural revolution, leaving businesses with no choice but to lead with customer experience and transparency. Described as “the business world’s best kept secret” and “having the rare skillset of deep technical knowledge in combination with an overarching understanding of how to grow brands through effective communications”, Jessica builds mutually beneficial partnerships and applies a strong culture of measurement to her work to ensure you achieve strong results. With a career at Telecom (now Spark) spanning 11 years of the company’s change, and a stint as a Social Director in the agency world, Jessica left to start Moloney Moloney in 2016 to help businesses create and commercialise on Word-of-Mouth. With specialities ranging from experience, big data, to employee brand, PR and marketing campaigns Moloney Moloney service a range of clients around the globe on environmental issues, change marketing, Brand, Comms, and across crowd sourcing, travel, SaaS, agriculture, tourism, entertainment, telco, and software industries. What they do isn’t limited to Social Media, however using this platform to influence strategy and execution truly helps influence feeling within key audiences that is tied back to a purpose-aligned business – and most importantly, commercial outcomes!

Steve has been working in B2B marketing in Australasia for 25 years as a strategic advisor to companies like OfficeMax, Canon, Speedy Signs, Westfield, Unitec, Lockwood, Wrightson, Ballance, and Lumley. During that time, he founded and ran leading B2B marketing agency, BallantyneTaylor and in recent times Story IQ - a strategic content marketing agency that helps brands elevate their content through strategic storytelling. Steve is also a director and shareholder in a group of recruitment and digital marketing businesses that have over 2500 customers, so he does get to practice what he preaches in the real world. Steve is passionate about helping brands build stronger engagement with their stakeholders by harnessing the powerful principles of strategic storytelling. He has learnt these principles from both coal face experience and studying the world’s leading experts on narrative science and story structure, and has formulated them into a story-driven marketing system that works.

Dawn Turner

Dawn Turner joined the Oklahoma City Thunder organization in 2014 as director, marketing & brand management, where she guides all Thunder marketing, advertising, retail and promotional initiatives, with an emphasis on enhancing programs that engage fans in all areas of the Thunder experience. Her role also includes oversight of the team’s graphic design department, licensing and positioning of the Thunder brand and identity. Prior to joining the Thunder, Turner spent more than seven years handling entertainment and sports marketing for American Airlines. While at American her primary responsibilities included overseeing all entertainment properties including American Airlines Center in Dallas, American Airlines Arena in Miami, several sports teams across the major leagues and product integration for TV and major motion pictures. Before her time at American, Turner served as director of corporate communications & community relations for the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks where she was responsible for the business side of the club’s public relations efforts, including marketing, sponsorship, ticket sales, the team’s Web site, mavs.com, and the Mark Cuban Foundation’s Fallen Patriot Fund, as well as the team’s community relations programs and the Dallas Mavericks Foundation. She got her career start with the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA Tour) where she served as media director and handled media relations and events at tournament sites. Born and raised in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Turner obtained her bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from The University of Akron in 1996 and her master’s degree in sport administration from Kent State University in 1998. Turner currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma, with her husband, Kevin, daughter, Siri, and son, Finn.

Mo has over 15 years of marketing & business development experience working across some of Australia’s leading entertainment & media brands. He has been recognised as one of the Top 50 most innovative marketers in Australia for the last two years running (#8 in 2017) in the CMO50 rankings for his data driven approach to entertainment marketing and the evolution of customer experience.  Since 2013, as General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Village Entertainment Group, Mo has been a key member of the executive team and is responsible for steering business strategies spanning across customer data & loyalty, e-commerce, customer experience, commercial partnerships, B2B & B2C retail, and brand. He has successfully partnered with the wider executive team to effectively execute both in a leadership and stakeholder capacity driving innovation and growth. In his time at Village, Mo has successfully pioneered new cinema concepts including Australia's first dedicated kids' cinema, partnered with technology teams to introduce in-seat food ordering via mobile phones, placed Village Gold Class gift cards amidst the top 5 gift cards in Australia, and rebuilt and relaunched the loyalty program, and delivered category first partnerships with global brands such as BMW and Mastercard. He has had a diverse career working across traditional and digital marketing roles, which has provided him with unique opportunities to seamlessly fuse digital, social media, & traditional marketing techniques and deliver market‐first customer engagement programs, such as Radio Free by Virgin Mobile (Australia’s first 100% crowd‐sourced digital radio station), and Unhatched (Nova Fm, The Comedy Channel and YouTube’s collective search for the country’s funniest short‐form comedian). Mo has lived across multiple continents and still has deep seated family ties in Asia, North America and Australia. His deep understanding of cultures & diversity allows him to readily connect brands & products with diverse audiences.
