Creating an effective roadmap to drive digital transformation
18 March 2020 | 9.00am - 5.00pm

Becoming a digital organisation requires fundamentally changing how you do business. The first step to success is to create an outcome-based roadmap of the journey. This allows the organisation to clearly communicate the intent of the transformation and engage stakeholders and participants in what it will take to succeed. It is a living document and will adapt as the transformation progresses. This workshop will be a practical hands-on session designed for organisations wanting to embark on the digital transformation journey.

  • Developing a set of principles to shape your transformation roadmap and approach
  • Looking into internal and external forces driving the transformation
  • Understanding the effect of culture on transformation and approaches to foster the right behaviours
  • Stepping through the changes that the organisation will go through – looking at resources such as timing, budget, ways of working and other factors that affect the transformation
  • Discussing strategies to align funding and time required to undergo the digital transformation
  • Linking your transformation vision and strategy to your roadmap to enable effective governance, prioritisation and alignment across all activities
  • Creating momentum and tracking improvements in processes and efficiencies through effective outcome-based objectives and key metrics
  • Providing insight on how to evolve the digital roadmap to factor in changes occurred
