This workshop will discuss and help those organisations looking at undergoing a digital transformation and deliver into the skills required to drive the transformation.

Customer Dynamics

Over the last 20 years John has held dual careers in Marketing and Technology & Digital Product delivery. Starting with the early internet era, through to the current age of digitisation, John has worked with companies in the UK, Europe and New Zealand to adopt new ways of working and take advantage of the opportunities offered by new and emerging customer interaction channels. In New Zealand John has worked with well known brands including across the Banking and Finance and Energy Sectors, helping organisations develop new capabilities to compete and create digital products and experiences, that create a competitive advantage, drive growth and increase revenue. More recently, John held a Senior leadership role at Genesis Energy helping Genesis to apply Agile, Lean and Human centred design practices in their product development processes and establish and mature their Customer Experience management practices. In April 2018 he founded Customer Dynamics to work with small to medium sized New Zealand companies. Customer Dynamics exists to help New Zealand companies grow and develop their capability to design, deliver and manage the experiences they provide to their customers. The goal of Customer Dynamics is to help Kiwi companies compete in global scale.
