With the right tools and a practical framework for process mapping, process re-design and improvement is accessible and economical. In this workshop you will learn a framework which will enable you to take the first steps in process re-design; enable you to identify pain points and root causes which will assist you in your back-office transformation. When used in your own organisation, this visual, powerful, yet simple technique can be applied to any process; within a department, across departments, countries and even an end-to-end process across multiple organisations.

You will be introduced to a practical re-design process using a real case study
which can then be taken back to your organisation for immediate application which
will enable you to:

  • Create a business case for transformation with supporting evidence
  • Identify the major business processes for transformation
  • Run your own process mapping workshop
  • Analyse the available data to find pain points
  • Implement root cause analysis  
  • Find pathways and critical solutions  
  • Effectively and visually chart and communicate the re-design process to a range of different stakeholders
