Continuous Improvement Manager - Financial Transformation
Scott Levens has been working with Auckland Council since June 2016 and has been in his current role of ‘Continuous Improvement Manager – Financial Transformation’ since May 2017. In his current role he has led the business side of the Robotics Process Automation project across Council which has seen the realisation of 10 plus BOT’s implemented since January 2018. The Council’s ‘Centre of Excellence for RPA’ team, which reports to Scott, along with the Council’s ICT team were rewarded in 2017 with the ALGIM award for ‘Best Use of Emerging Technology’, this was a great reward and recognition for a team that has implemented a step change across the Council that had process/technology challenges. Previous to working with Auckland Council Scott had worked across industries such as FMCG, Funds Management, Insurance, Hospitality, Mining, Government and Banking in various roles (Procurement, Marketing, Project Management, Research, Consulting and Offshore Operations).
