A proud graduate of the University of Canterbury, Sina has over 18 years' experience in consulting engineering as a Chartered Professional Engineer (Civil). She holds an MBA and is partway to completing a PhD in construction management, specialising in construction management and procurement. In addition to running her own consultancy Collective Success, Sina also serves in a number of governance roles including the board of Engineering New Zealand. As a working mum of 3, Sina’s career has been non-linear and non-traditional. Her work follows three paths: education, professional engineering, and governance. She’s all about flexible working, people-centred practice, and success by design.

Stefan has over 20 years of experience as consultant, human resources manager, and trainer in Europe and New Zealand. His passion for inclusive organisational cultures resulted in advising the European headquarters of BP on learning and development programmes. Stefan is a published author on diversity and inclusion and co-founder of the Diversity Institute New Zealand (2011). As principal consultant at the Diversity Institute, he is specialising on enabling great human connections in organsiations. Stefan helps his many happy clients to build productive teams and inclusive organisations in a diverse environment.

Jann Watt-Drake, New Zealand's first Reach-Certified Personal Branding Strategist is passionate about helping motivated mid-career professionals find their career mojo. Personal branding is a key to helping people focus on the positives in their lives, and Jann's mission is to be a catalyst for helping others unlock and ignite the what’s next. In August 1999 after observing a number of highly talented people feeling unfulfilled in their roles, Jann stepped out of her corporate role in Organisational Development and launched de novo to enable her to follow her purpose of inspiring others to be the best they can be (and more). Jann has a reputation of being a forward thinker, yet always practical, quickly tapping into the barriers that are holding people back and giving them the tools and confidence to achieve their career goals. To benefit others, she shares her knowledge, life experiences and network with authenticity and optimism. She is a firm believer that networking is all about sharing. This is clearly seen in the number of coffee chats Jann fits in to her busy week with people within her network. Jann loves one-on-one coaching and is also adept working with groups in the role of facilitator or trainer. She has spoken at conferences on networking and the importance of managing "brand me".
