Katherine Noall, Chief Executive Officer, Sphere Identity

As world markets change the challenge of onboarding customers increases. In new markets there is an increased need for trust and speed. This is combined with data compliance issues. New identity technologies and high identity security and privacy standards solve these problems. The key to growth in new markets is change.

Evolution of Digital Identity: Project to Product

Key to making progress has been creating a brand of Digital Customer Identity at BNZ – and getting buy in from key stakeholders as to its importance

When we know who our customers are, we can connect all of their relationships to their identity and provide them a better experience. Identity is not just about authentication. It’s about knowing who our customers are at every point they interact with us, to create a secure, seamless, and personalised experience
