After some time working in the health sector, Andrea spent a number of years working for Service Providers – at first in technical roles then moving into Service Management, before a move back to Genesis as the IT Customer Support Manager. She then stepped into the IT Operations Manager role and into her current role as Group Manager of Platforms and Digital. Andrea is passionate about service and ensuring that her teams are providing a consistently high level of service, is always looking for ways to improve and take the service experience to a new level. Be that by means of self service, automation or speed of delivery. With the move to cloud services this is further enabled due to being able to leverage XaaS services, coupled with DevOps capabilities and agile ways of working. Digital Technology is fundamental to ensuring that Genesis delivers on its promise of giving control back to the customer.
