Benjamin Karsch

Mr. Benjamin “Benjy” Karsch is Revlon’s Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he leads the brand management, new product development, media, PR, and retail innovation for Revlon’s Consumer Division. He has 27 years of experience in consumer marketing across diverse industries, from CPG to hospitality to healthcare, and across global geographies, from the U.S. to Israel to China. Prior to Revlon, Benjy served as Chief Marketing Officer at Cigna Healthcare, Corporate Vice President of Marketing at Las Vegas Sands, and Associate Principal at McKinsey. He began his career in brand management with Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Johnson & Johnson. Benjy is a graduate of The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Louise Christopher

General Manager - Transformation Office (Customer Experience)

Louise is currently the General Manager of Business Transformation; Customer Experience at Myer having moved from London to take up the position in late 2015. Louise has 20+ years in the fashion & beauty retail industry and has enjoyed a variety of roles across the High Street (Topshop, Gap, House of Fraser), Mid-Market (Whistles), Luxury (Selfridges, Harrods, Urban Retreat) and pure play online retailers (ASOS, Smithfield Case). Passionate about people and being enabled by smart technology, Louise is committed to providing customers with the very best experience possible while delivering commercially successful and operationally sustainable programs. .
