Jennifer gets her clients focused, gets them into action and gets them results. Jennifer’s mission in life is to positively impact as many people as possible, and she feels truly honoured to be able to live out this mission on a daily basis through her role as a Business Coach, Trainer and Speaker. Jennifer brings 26 years’ worth of business experience as well as an international perspective to the table. She grew up in the U.S. where she spent eight years as a financial advisor, worked in management within multi-national corporations and taught an introductory marketing course at university, among other things. Darcy is a process and continuous improvement senior consultant experienced across Lean Six Sigma, Systems Thinking and the State Services Commission’s better every day methodology for the public sector. Darcy has a proven record of building continuous improvement and customer focused capability in organisations to produce significantly better outcomes for customers. Complementing his continuous improvement specialisation, he has a broad business background which includes roles as a Capability Manager, Change Manager and Project Manager. Highlights of Darcy’s most recent engagements include consulting teams at Immigration New Zealand, New Zealand Post, Aviation Security Services, Victoria University of Wellington, Ministry of Social Development, New Zealand Customs Service.
