COVID-19 is having an unprecedented impact on New Zealand and we are working hard to ensure we play our part. Right now, we are working to postpone all conference events that are currently scheduled to be held until the end June. Some events scheduled for June and July may also be impacted. Visit the event home pages for the latest.
We wish to thank all of our customers, speakers, sponsors and suppliers for the incredible goodwill we are receiving as we go through this process.

Your Safety Is Our Priority
Once our events are back up and running, our top priority will be your safety. You can be sure that we will have key measures in place at our venues to safeguard your health and safety.
Book With Confidence
The COVID-19 situation is evolving daily, and we are responding with care and purpose. We want you to feel completely confident about booking onto our events.
- If one of your events has been rescheduled, your registration will automatically move to the new dates - you do not need to do anything. We will keep you informed.
- Our refund policy deadline dates for a rescheduled event reset to 30 days from the new dates – therefore, your refund entitlements reset.
- If a conference you are currently booked on is not able to be rescheduled in the next 12 months, you will be entitled to a credit or a full refund.
