Leadership for Women

Leadership for Women is designed for women who have a strong desire to grow deeper in their personal and professional development and who yearn to share with other women their experiences, aspirations, challenges and concerns.

About

Leadership for Women is designed for women who have a strong desire to grow deeper in their personal and professional development and who yearn to share with other women their experiences, aspirations, challenges and concerns. The course will present you with up-to-date research and leadership models for women leaders and help you to integrate the practical and intellectual principles of effective leadership with your own authentic leadership style.

In New Zealand we currently have a number of women in high profile public positions but women are still generally under-represented at senior management level and on boards of directors. Many women leaders today are torn between the often conflicting demands of career, personal life and wellbeing. The pressure can be intense, and the price of promotion too high to pay.

Leadership for Women provides a safe, open learning environment for women leaders like you to fully explore your potential and advance your career with courage and confidence. The sessions are highly interactive, and designed to stimulate not just your thinking, but your deeper senses of intuition and knowing. You will leave with an expanded sense of what’s possible and what’s right for you, plus some great skills for relating to others, building effective teams, managing change, and surviving the rigours of the workplace whilst maintaining balance in your life.

“Robyn set a very comfortable and professional setting from the beginning to end. Her facilitation of the course – which at times brought up challenging discussion – was handled extremely well. She was very ‘real’, honest, well informed, and unquestionably passionate about this seminar and I would highly recommend this course to anyone. Don’t change your training style Robyn.”
Hirata Harris, Marketing Manager, L.J. Hooker
