Donna Andronicos is accredited in Emotional Intelligence and as a Professional Career Coach, Retirement Coach and Life Coach. Coaching and training facilitation are Donna’s twin passions and she has worked with individuals and teams over the last 8 years to help them to develop their capability, clarify their direction and overcome barriers to enable them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
 
Working with both private and public sector organisations in the UK and New Zealand over the last 22 years, she brings a wealth of experience to her facilitation from various roles within the Change Management, Leadership and Capability Development and Training arenas with organisations such as Telecom, Fonterra, Forum Corporation, Royal NZ Plunket Society, WINZ and The National Bank.
